Families and spectators
Follow live, join your child's team, the family calendar, contacts and team chat.

- Join your child's teamUse the team code or the coach's invite link, say who you are, pick your player and the coach approves you.

Coaches

Club admins
Add coaches, team tools, join links, chat moderation, Verify budgets and the season schedule.
- Add a coachGive each coach their own sign-in: name, email, phone, role and age groups. Set a password now or let them choose one, then copy or text the link.
- Turn on team toolsTeam tools open team chat, practices and events, families' replies and private contacts for a team.
- Share a team join linkEach team has its own join link and code. Make it in the admin, turn it on or off, and approve who asks.
- Moderate team chatClub admins see every conversation: review reports, hide messages, mute or remove a member, and set the monitor parent.
- Set Verify budgetsEggbeater turns Verify on for your club and sets its monthly budget. You split it across teams and set coach runs.
- Add event details to the season scheduleAdd the season's tournaments with dates, place and a note. Families see it on the Next event page.

Account and privacy
Signing in, who sees what, Premium and deleting your account.
- Sign in to EggbeaterFamilies and spectators sign in with Google or Apple, or with an emailed link on the web. Coaches use their coach account.
- Who sees your family's informationContacts are for coaches, chat has a club admin watching over it, and fans see only games and updates.
- What Premium addsFollowing is always free. Premium for spectators adds extras on top.
- Delete your accountDelete your account from the app, in Eggbeater or Eggbeater Coach. Your sign-in and your team, family and chat data go; the club keeps game results and stats.
Questions
Common questions
Is Eggbeater free for spectators?
Yes. Following a team, live scores, box scores, brackets and the family hub are free. Premium adds extras such as kid photos and calendar sync. See "What Premium adds".
Where is team chat?
On iPhone and iPad, team chat is in the Family tab, grouped by child and team, with a shortcut on the Team tab. On Android and the web, tap your initials at the top of the screen. There is no separate Chat tab.
Why can't I see chat or practice times?
Chat, practices and replies open when the team uses Eggbeater's team tools and a coach approves you as a parent or guardian or as a player. Fans see games, results and team updates only.
Who can see my child's contacts?
Only the team's coaches and the club admin. Never other families, and never a public page.
Is there a Coaches Report password?
Not anymore. The Coaches Report opens for coaches who sign in with their coach account, or with a coaches password their club still uses. Spectators see a summary and a pointer to the coach dashboard.
