In Eggbeater
- Open Settings (on iPhone and iPad, the gear), then Account.
- Tap Delete Account & Data, then confirm with Delete Account & Data. You are signed out right away.
In Eggbeater Coach
- Tap the pencil next to your name at the bottom of the sidebar, or tap Sign Out, then Delete My Account….
- Tap Delete My Account, then Delete Account.
What happens to your data
- Your sign-in, email and preferences, your team memberships, family links and My kids, and your mutes and blocks are deleted.
- Your chat messages stay in their conversations as Deleted user, with the text removed, so threads still read.
- A message of yours that someone reported is kept for the club admin until they resolve the report. Then its text is removed too.
- Contacts, photos and replies you added stay for the team only when another parent or guardian is linked to the child, without your own entry or name.
- A coach account's name, email, phone and password are deleted. Plays and boards stay with the team.
- Game results, stats and billing records stay.
You can also email hello@eggbeater.app from your account's address, and we delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
