A club admin adds coaches in the admin. A head coach can add them too, from Coaches on the coach dashboard.
- In the admin, open Club Info and find Coach Access. (Head coaches: open Coaches in the sidebar.)
- Tap Add coach.
- Enter Name, Email and Phone (optional), with the area code.
- Pick the Role: Coach, Assistant coach or Head coach (every age group). For a coach or assistant, tick their Age groups.
- Optional: tick Set their password now and type one (at least 8 characters). Leave it off and they choose their own.
- Check What [name] will get, then tap Add coach and email invite (or Add coach and email sign-in link when you set a password).
- To send it yourself too, tap Copy link, Copy message, or Text to open a text message on your own phone.
Good to know
- Each coach shows Invited, Active or Turned off. Use Edit, Copy link, Resend, Turn off or Turn on, or remove them.
- An invite link works once, for 7 days. Copying a new link stops the old one.
- We never email a password. If you set one, give it to the coach yourself.
- A head coach cannot set another head coach's password. Ask a club admin.
Shared coaches passwords are optional now. Under Coach Access you can keep a Head Coach password (every age group) and one per age group; they keep working alongside coach accounts. Tap Save coach passwords after changing them.
