Add your child's contacts once

Enter the phone numbers, emails and emergency contact once per child. Every one of their teams gets them.

Works on: iPhone and iPad (the Family tab), Android and the web app (your initials, at the top of the screen)

  1. Open My kids.
  2. On your child's card, find Contacts and tap Add or Edit.
  3. Fill in Parent or guardian (name, relation, phones, emails). Tap Add a parent or guardian for another adult.
  4. Add an Emergency contact, and Medical notes (optional) if the coaches should know something.
  5. Save. The contacts apply to all of your child's teams.

Only the coaches and the club admin see contacts and medical notes. Never other families, and never a public page.

Contacts appear once a coach has approved you on a team that uses team tools. A player's own account can read the contacts but not change them. When a coach taps Ask every family to update, this is where you update them.
