In the app

Everything a coach runs, in one place.

The management tools live under one Dashboard, so the board and the game view stay clean and one tap away.

The Dashboard

Today first, then the whole team.

Today opens with the next game, the record and the latest results, beside the practices coming up and how many families have replied. Schedule, Roster, Games and Chat sit on the same strip.

  • ScheduleAdd a game, change it, and record a final in seconds, overtime and shootouts included. Families see the change right away.
  • RosterNames, caps, goalkeepers and grades, with a warning when two players share a cap.
  • GamesEvery result and box score, and the replay of any game the scorer logged.
  • ChatThe team’s channels, under your own coach account.

At halftime

The first half, back on the pool, with your real lineup.

The plays your scorer logged come back on a pool diagram, cap by cap, with your seven on their positions as the scorer set them. Pick a play and the pool shows the moment; Open in Board takes it to the board to draw the adjustment.

  • Your real lineupPositions 1 to 6 and the goalkeeper, with the bench beside the pool.
  • Jump to any playGoals, shots, exclusions or turnovers, for the first half or the full game.
  • The SummaryThe halftime numbers for both teams, ready to share as a PDF.
  • Film at the playWhen the game was filmed, one tap plays the film from just before the play.

Live Pool, the play board

A play board made for Apple Pencil.

Draw with pressure: pass and drive lines, the ball, formations and plays built in steps. Double-tap or squeeze the Pencil for the eraser and move caps with a finger, so a resting palm never leaves ink. No Pencil? Turn on Finger Drawing.

  • Plays in stepsBuild a set one step at a time and export it as a video.
  • On the TVAirPlay to an Apple TV: the TV shows the pool alone and the iPad keeps every control.
  • Follow a BoardAn assistant’s iPad follows your board live on the deck, with no internet needed.
  • Made for the deckThe board, the replay and your playbook keep working when the Wi-Fi drops.

The playbook

Your sets, saved, and one tap away mid-game.

Save any board as a play and file it: even, 6 on 5, 5 on 6, sprint, press, counter. Favorites load on every board. Share a play with your players; spectators never see it.

Reports

The paperwork, done when the game is.

Each one is built from the plays your scorer logged, so nothing is typed twice.

Game summary PDF

The numbers for both teams from any scored game, as a PDF for the team or the bench.

Scouting report PDF

Before a rematch: their shooters, who draws exclusions, their 6 on 5, where they shoot from and when they score, over every game you have played them.

The Coaches Report

Your team’s report from a tournament. On the coach dashboard on the web today, and coming to the app.

Film Review · Verify (Beta)

Check the play-by-play against the film.

On the coach dashboard, each game’s film sits beside its logged plays. Verify, Eggbeater’s AI film review, reads the cap number on each logged play from the camera’s own file and flags the plays where the film shows a different number. It is a beta, it stays off until your club opts in, and it never changes a play.

How Verify works

Team tools

Practices, replies, families and chat, in the same app.

Turn on team tools and your families join you on Eggbeater: practices with replies, attendance at the pool, private family contacts and a team chat built around safety.

Practices and events, with replies

Practices, meetings and team events share the calendar with your games, and a weekly practice repeats on its own. Families answer going, maybe or not going for each child; you see the count, the names and their notes, and Remind Now nudges whoever has not replied. Cancel or move a practice and the families hear about it.

A practice in Eggbeater Coach: Wednesday 5:30 to 7:30 PM, weekly on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, with Take Attendance, nine going, one maybe, one not going and two with no reply
A weekly practice and its replies.

Attendance at the pool

One tap per cap marks a player present; tap again for late, absent or excused. Each player’s season attendance builds up on the roster.

Taking attendance in Eggbeater Coach: thirteen caps as tiles, nine present, one late, one excused and two not marked yet
Attendance, one tap per cap.

Families, join codes and fans

Invite families by email or share a join code, or its QR, at the pool; you approve each family. Families enter their contacts once per child, and only the coaches and the club admin see them. Grandparents and friends follow as fans: games, results and team news, never practice times or chat.

The Families tab of a roster in Eggbeater Coach: a team join code, ten of thirteen players with a family linked, and each player’s guardians, phone, email and emergency contact

A team chat built for safety

Team chat is the coaches, the players and one monitor parent you choose. Coaches + parents carries your announcements, and families tap Got it so you know they read them. Families have a section of their own. A coach never messages a player one to one, a player joins only when a guardian turns chat on, anyone can report a message, and the club admin sees every channel.

Coach accounts

One account per coach, set up in a minute.

The club admin or the head coach adds each coach with a name, email, phone, role and age groups, then sends the link by email or text.

Head coach

Sees every age group in the program and adds the program’s coaches.

Coaches and assistants

Open their own age groups: the Dashboard, the boards, the playbook and chat.

Their own password

Each coach sets a password, and Forgot password sends a reset link.

Chat knows who is talking

Team chat needs a coach’s own account, never a shared password.

On the web

The coach dashboard, in any browser.

The same account opens the coach dashboard on a laptop or a Chromebook: Today, the schedule, the roster, games and box scores, stats and standings, scouting, the playbook and Live Pool, team chat, Film Review with Verify (Beta), and the Coaches Report.
