Team tools open team chat, practices and events, families' replies and private contacts for a team.
Works on: Eggbeater Coach for iPad and the coach dashboard (Roster, Families), for head coaches and club admins
1Open the team's Roster, then Families (on the web, Families & attendance).
2Find the Team tools card (on the iPad, Team Tools) and turn it on.
3Approve the families waiting below, then share the team join code. See "Invite families and approve them".
On and off
On: team chat, practices and events, families' replies and contacts. Families join with the team code and a coach approves each one.
Off: families claim their child in the app with no approval and see only public things: games, scores, alerts and stats. The team code takes no families.
Families who claimed a child while tools were off appear for your approval when you turn them on.
Only a head coach or a club admin can change the switch.
