Common questions

Eggbeater uses Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple — there’s no password. If you can’t sign in, double-check you’re using the same account you signed up with. If you previously signed in with Google and now sign in with Apple using the same email, we make a brand-new account — write to us so we can merge or fix it.

In the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account & Data. This permanently removes your sign-in and stored locally-cached preferences. Tournament and game stats stay with the club (anonymized, not personal). You can also email hello@eggbeater.app and we’ll process the deletion within 30 days.

Paid plans are billed through Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe (depending on the platform). Refunds for App Store / Play purchases are handled directly by Apple or Google — we don’t have access to your payment details. For Stripe-billed plans (club admins), email us and we’ll process a refund directly.

The fastest reset: Settings → Reset App Data & Reload. This clears the local cache without signing you out. If the issue persists during a live tournament, check that the live current code-and-club is correct — the server-side state may need to refresh.

On iOS: Schedule tab → Add to Apple Calendar (or subscribe to the per-team .ics calendar). On any platform: connect to Add to Google Calendar — sign in, select a calendar, and games sync automatically. See the Spectator Guide for details.

Email hello@eggbeater.app. We aim to respond within 2 business days and resolve confirmed issues in the next app update. See the Accessibility page for what’s currently supported.

Email us with the device + OS version, what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot or screen recording is gold — they cut bug-fix time roughly in half.
