Every spectator sees the live game from any phone, with nothing to install.

Share one short code. A master code can join every division of the event at once. Spectators open the link and see the schedule, the live score, the bracket and the box score, all refreshing every 5 seconds. The page carries your club’s name and logo.

This is more than wins and goals. Every event is recorded at the player level for both teams, with the detail a serious box score needs.

It knows the rules, so volunteers do not have to. The third personal exclusion raises a red banner and marks the player benched for the rest of the game. Common fouls do not count. Every spectator’s box score shows it at once.

“Eggbeater.app played a major role in the success of our club’s annual Masters Spring Classic. Attendance for the 2026 edition doubled, which significantly increased the complexity of tournament logistics. We expanded to two pools, split both categories into multiple divisions, and managed extended group play before the crossover brackets on day two.
There is no way we could have managed the pace of the tournament across two pools using paper schedules and static Excel sheets. Common questions about tournament hosting

What does tournament hosting ($199 per event) include?

Everything: unlimited age groups and teams, a public tournament page with your club’s name and logo, the game desk scorer in three languages, box scores for every player, live brackets and standings, the host dashboard, referee sign-off and the three-exclusion rule. A flat $199 per event, with no charge per team or per spectator.

How do volunteers at the game desk score games?

They open the scorer with the tournament code and password, pick a language (English, French or Spanish), and tap an action, then a player. Both rosters are already loaded, the buttons mirror for white and dark caps, and a printable reference card explains every button.

Can spectators follow live without an account?

Yes. The public tournament page works in any modern browser with no login and nothing to install. Scores refresh every 5 seconds, and box scores show goals, assists, saves, turnovers, blocks and exclusions for every player.

How does seeding work after pool play?

Pool results feed the bracket. As pool games go final, projected seeds fill the crossover bracket, so spectators can see a team’s likely path before the first whistle.

Does it handle several pools at a large venue?

Yes. Schedules group by pool and venue, the dashboard flags venue conflicts between teams, and the public page shows pool play, brackets and finals in one view.

What happens to the data after the tournament ends?

Final scores, box scores and standings are frozen and archived. You can open any past game (box score, stats for every player and play-by-play by quarter), export a CSV for the tournament, and download the Coach’s Report in your club’s colors. Then start a new code for the next edition while last year’s public page stays up for the record.

Can I put live scores on a stream or our club website?

Yes. A live score overlay drops into OBS for a broadcast, and a scores and schedule widget sits on your own club site. A public status page shows whether live scores are healthy.
