One page for the whole weekend.

The schedule came from the tournament host’s own workbook. Eggbeater published it as one public page and one code, SIERRA: all four brackets, both days, with every game’s seeds, start time and pool.

The page now carries what was played: each final score beside each name, the top three in every bracket, and the road to each title, round by round. Last year’s final standings sit beside this year’s draw, showing where each 2025 team played in 2026.

Venues, parking, admission and the tournament’s rules are on the same page, with a calendar file for the weekend.

Live scores, then the record.

The weekend was scored live on Eggbeater, all 110 games. When a game is scored on Eggbeater, the live score reaches phones in about five seconds.

The scores and each team’s path through its bracket are still there to follow, on the event page and in the app.

After the weekend, the 2026 scores in the host’s workbook were checked game by game against Eggbeater’s live feed.

Ch. 03

The stories the bracket doesn’t tell.

The history page is computed from the host’s results for 2025 and 2026: every champion, every final standing, and what changed between the two years. Eleven teams were new to the tournament in 2026, and 14 from 2025 did not return. Four of its stories:

2025 to 2026 · Back to back

Two champions did it again.

Merced (Platinum) and College Park (Gold) won their brackets in 2025 and again in 2026, each entering 2026 as the top seed, and each holding it.

The Cinderella · Gold

Seeded 15th. Finished 2nd.

Foothill entered the Gold bracket as the 15th seed of 16, a team that had just moved up after finishing 3rd in Silver in 2025. It won its semifinal 6 to 5 over Granada in overtime, then lost the final 12 to 8 to College Park. No team in the 2026 tournament beat its seed by more: 13 places.

The ladder · 2025 to 2026

Last in Gold. Champion of Silver.

Atwater finished 16th in Gold in 2025 and played 2026 one bracket down. It won the Silver final 11 to 7 over Oakdale. Seven teams changed brackets between the two years: four up, three down.

The climb · same bracket

Oakdale: up 12 places.

Oakdale went from 14th to 2nd in Silver, the biggest year-over-year climb by any team that stayed in its bracket. Del Oro JV went from 8th to the Bronze title, from the 6th seed, the lowest seed to win any bracket this year.

What it took.

The short list.

  • One share code: SIERRA.
  • The host’s schedule workbook, covering all four brackets.
  • The host’s results for two years, 2025 and 2026, for the history page.
  • A check before the method was trusted: run on the 2025 games, it reproduces the host’s published 2025 final standings exactly, all 58 places.
