Everything you need to follow your team from your phone — page 1

1Getting Started

  • Eggbeater is a free app that lets you follow live game times, scores, players and teams all weekend — in any browser, or the iOS / Android app.
  • Open the link your club shares (it looks like eggbeater.app/?join=your-club) in Safari (iPhone) or Chrome (Android).
  • Pick your club from the picker on your first visit — after that it’s automatic.

2Install for the Best Experience

Native app (recommended): download "Eggbeater Water Polo" from the Apple App Store or Google Play for the best experience and native push notifications.

iPhone (Safari web app)

1) Open the link in Safari. 2) Tap Share. 3) Tap "Add to Home Screen."

Android (Chrome web app)

1) Open in Chrome. 2) Tap the menu. 3) Tap "Install app." 4) Tap "Install."

3Sign in with Google

  • Signing in is optional — it syncs your preferences across devices.
  • Syncs your selected age groups, favorites and My Player choices.
  • Your selection is saved for your next visit.

4Pick Your Age Group

  • Tap the age-group pills under the tournament header.
  • Following multiple age groups? Select more than one — each gets its own section.
  • A/B teams: expand the age group in the header picker and choose a team, or "All" to follow both.

Reading the schedule, scores and stats — page 2

5The Tabs

Games

Holds Scores and Schedule. It opens on Scores while a game is live — the score refreshes every 5 seconds and expands into the full per-player box score — and on Schedule otherwise, with the Next Game countdown and directions (Apple Maps, Google Maps, Waze).

Bracket

The draw: who you play next, where a win or a loss sends you, and where you can still finish. High-school clubs with no bracket see the season Standings race here instead.

Player

Your child, on their own tab. Live goals, assists, exclusions and recent games. Following more than one? Each gets their own card.

Team

Tournament Roster for the event you are at, the season Team Roster where your club keeps one, and History for past results, season record and placement.

Under “More”: Settings (theme, language, calendar and notifications) and Help.
Help: tap the Help icon in the app for in-context tips on any screen.

6Calendar & Notifications

  • Google Calendar: Settings → Calendar & Notifications → Connect → sign in → choose a calendar. Games sync automatically with opponent, time and location.
  • Push notifications: enable to get game scores, schedule changes, announcements and game reminders (30 min / 1 hr / 2 hrs before).
  • iPhone push: needs iOS 16.1+ and the app opened from the home-screen icon — the native app is most reliable.

7Following a Player

  • Open the Player tab and choose your child. It is a tab of its own — you no longer have to go hunting inside the roster.
  • See live Goals, Assists, Steals, Exclusions and Recent Games in one place.
  • Following multiple kids? Each age group gets its own card.
  • Switch scope for cumulative totals across the season, or across every season your club has recorded.
Pro tip: stats come from live scoring — if something’s miscredited, your coach or club admin can correct it and it syncs to everyone in seconds.
