# Eggbeater

> Eggbeater is water polo software for live scoring, stats, brackets and team management. Clubs, high schools, tournament hosts and leagues score games at the pool, and spectators follow the schedule, the live score, box scores and standings on any phone, in a browser or in the apps for iPhone, iPad, Android and Apple TV.

Eggbeater is built only for water polo. A volunteer at the game desk scores each game at the player level for both teams (goals, assists, exclusions, saves, timeouts, penalty shots and shootouts, with a shot map drawn to scale), and the score reaches every spectator in about five seconds. A public page needs no login and nothing to install. Schedules, brackets, pool play, standings and season stats update themselves from the scored games.

Key facts:

- Spectators are always free. Premium for spectators is $4.99 a month: alerts, following more than one team, My Player stats history, calendar sync and no ads.
- Club plan: $24.99 a month or $199 a year for the whole club, with 14 days free and no credit card to start. No fee per seat or per player.
- Tournament hosting: $199 per event, with no Club subscription needed. League hosting is billed per season: Club League $99 (one club), Multi-Club League $249 (several clubs).
- High school programs: the first season is free, then $199 a year per program (boys and girls). High school pages are a live scoreboard and play-by-play, never video.
- The scorer, the guides and the site are in English, Spanish and French (Spanish pages under /es, French under /fr).
- Rules the scorer keeps: the third personal exclusion benches the player; a forced ball under (FBU) is logged as the ball-handler's turnover, not a steal; high school games follow NFHS (overtime, no shootout).
